<Damage During Shipping>
We take great care in packing our products to avoid dents or scratches on the outer box prior to shipment.
However, damage may occur after the package is handed over to the carrier due to unforeseen issues or mishandling during transit.
We kindly ask for your understanding that minor dents or scratches to the outer box that do not affect the use of the product itself are not considered grounds for return or replacement.
