Overview
"We," "us," and "our" refer to Kocon. Kocon operates this store and website, offering customers a curated shopping experience, including all information, content, functions, tools, products, and services available therein (collectively, the "Service"). Kocon is powered by Shopify and provides its Service to customers through the platform.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Kocon reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion for any reason. Your order is not finalized until accepted by us. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before confirming. Once accepted, your order may not be canceled.
If we do not accept your order, or if we modify or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal use only and not for resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of your order is shown in your confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, duties, or import fees.
Prices listed on our online store may differ from those in physical stores or third-party platforms. Promotional pricing and offers may be governed by separate terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will prevail.

You represent and warrant that (i) your credit card information is true and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use the card, (iii) charges will be approved, and (iv) you will pay all applicable charges including taxes and fees.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

The Service (including trademarks, brand elements, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, design, and layout) is owned by Kocon or its affiliates/licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to any patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property of Kocon, Shopify, or others. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kocon.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Kocon or its affiliates or licensors. Shopify names and trademarks belong to Shopify. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The Service may provide access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control.
You acknowledge that these tools are provided "as is" and without warranties. We are not liable for your use of such tools.
Use of these tools is at your own risk and discretion, and you should understand and agree to the terms provided by the third-party providers.
New features or tools added in the future will also be subject to these Terms.

Kocon is powered by Shopify but all transactions are between you and Kocon. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those transactions. You agree to release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to purchases made from Kocon.

Personal information collected through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Some data may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy (available here).
Shopify may process your personal data for the purpose of providing the Service. Your information may be transmitted outside your country of residence for fulfillment. Please see our Privacy Policy for more.

If you submit or send ideas, suggestions, reviews, plans, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and display that content for any purpose, including promotion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Kocon’s headquarters.
